How to Make a Delicious Fried Rice: A Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients:

– 3 cups cooked white rice

– 1 cup chopped carrots

– 1 cup frozen peas

– 1 cup chopped onion

– 2 cloves minced garlic

– 2 beaten eggs

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

– Salt and pepper

– Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion turns translucent.

3. Add the chopped carrots to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.

4. Add the frozen peas to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

5. Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the beaten eggs to the empty space. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.

6. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and mix well with the vegetables and eggs.

7. Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Continue cooking the fried rice for 5-7 minutes or until heated through and the flavors have melded together.

9. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
